I have a brand new 2024 Encore Gx & the A/C went out 3 times in Florida with 98 degree heat while visiting our son. I left it at your Dealership & they could not find the problem. It will do it again after it runs for 2-3 hours. GM should be notified by you to find out how to fix it. I have had 3 other Encores purchased from you & never any problems. Not happy right now with this vehicle.

It was pretty much flawless from start to finish. As soon as I entered the building a manager pleasantly greeted me. I told him what I was looking for. He immediately checked into the availability. I was then introduced by the manager to a salesperson that would continue to assist me. I was taken to the lot and shown the vehicles I was interested in and was offered to test drive either one or both. I was not examined and needed proof of my license & insurance to make copies prior as many dealers insist before you test drive a vehicle. Being assisted while driving with my sales person, he was very polite and knowledgeable and was able to answer most all my questions. If he didn't know the answer he politely offered and said he would find out and did! Everyone was very courteous!

Mary did a remarkable job getting me in and providing a vehicle to use while truck was in for repair. The fact that the 2021 Denali required a sensor repair just after warranty expired is causing me significant concern. I haven’t had a vehicle needing this type of repair for the last 5 vehicles I purchased. I’m told this is common with the electronics on newer vehicles that has me is a bit of fear since my other vehicles (Audi’s) have as much if not more options than the Sierra Denali Duramax has. I’m told I should have bought the extended warranty when the sales person assured me the Duramaxx/Allison is a 300,000 vehicle. I’m actually looking to replace the Sierra Denali with the Ultimate package but I’m told they’re not available due to high demand. I find it extremely frustrating that I’m trying to buy the Red GMC Denali Ultimate exactly as shown in the commercial and told it’s not available. Deceptive marketing at its best! I may have to try Ford since they’re touting they’re still the best selling trucks for 20+ years. I’m trying to work with Medina Auto Mall but it’s getting more difficult based on GMC offerings.

From the time that you check your car in until the work is completed this is a first class operation. You are kept informed of the progress at all times. The reason that I keep going back is because Mary the service writer is extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle, is able to make recommendations as to maintenance that should be done to the vehicles as well as the mechanics are extremely knowledgeable on how to do their jobs. Because of this I have never had to take the car back because the job was not completed to my satisfaction. Great job as always.

I made the appointment and took a day off from work to get the chips installed and oil changed. I showed up and not until the service was done was I told that the chips never came in and now I have to come back when they come in. This makes no sense to me and I left very frustrated with poor communication. The service representative was very nice and helpful but my time is just as important as anyone else’s!!

The salesman Patrick is a stand up guy. A little busy but he's a hustler. The prep guys. Can do better. Upon receiving the car. It was still dirty and they windows had streaks all in them which you don't notice until night time and the oncoming headlights hit it. Plus some features of the car don't work. So I have to wait until the end of the month to get it checked out on a car I bought a few days ago?
