Mary did a remarkable job getting me in and providing a vehicle to use while truck was in for repair. The fact that the 2021 Denali required a sensor repair just after warranty expired is causing me significant concern. I haven’t had a vehicle needing this type of repair for the last 5 vehicles I purchased. I’m told this is common with the electronics on newer vehicles that has me is a bit of fear since my other vehicles (Audi’s) have as much if not more options than the Sierra Denali Duramax has. I’m told I should have bought the extended warranty when the sales person assured me the Duramaxx/Allison is a 300,000 vehicle. I’m actually looking to replace the Sierra Denali with the Ultimate package but I’m told they’re not available due to high demand. I find it extremely frustrating that I’m trying to buy the Red GMC Denali Ultimate exactly as shown in the commercial and told it’s not available. Deceptive marketing at its best! I may have to try Ford since they’re touting they’re still the best selling trucks for 20+ years. I’m trying to work with Medina Auto Mall but it’s getting more difficult based on GMC offerings.
