Our salesman Tim Hartnett was extremely knowledgeable about our new 2023 Yukon Denali and made sure we understood everything about the vehicle's technology before we left the store. His professionalism, passion for customer service, feedback and just making the selling process seamless, was outstanding. He even made sure to call us after we drove the car home to see if we had any further questions. We would in an instant highly recommend Tim as he is a very experienced in the automotive business and sales. He engaged his manager, Tim Rollins also in the process which we appreciated. The finance manager, Dean also was very informative in making some critical decisions. We look forward to working with Tim in the future as we are interested in possibly a 2024 Cadillac XT6 build.
