The attitude of all employees at Medina Buick- GMC demonstrate a positive employment atmosphere. They act as if they are comfortable, secure, mutually supportive, honest, with high levels of integrity and team attitude. We were treated as trustworthy customers who were entitled to know all of the benefits and all of the pitfalls that are a part of the contractual agreement between myself, GM Financial as well as the GM manufacturing organization. I have not been treated that way at some other auto dealers. I'm glad to have come back to Medina Auto Mall from a different, disappointing previous purchase. All dealers are not the same and this team has their members working together for the customer's benefit!

When you have an appointment for a oil change, there is no reason it should take 2 hours. That means you didn't hold up your end of the appointment.

Mary in customer service is always great about getting everything on the car taken care of from top to bottom the car is always serviced properly . I also want to give her a special thanks for continuing to check for my heated steering wheel chip and finally to be able to get it and have it installed at this service interval after waiting for it since February of 2022.
