After a botched service appointment last Thursday where my husband and I both drove to Medina from Solon and were told we did not have an appointment, I was contacted by a manager and given a valet service appointment for Tuesday - my car was picked up at 8:15 and returned at 1:30 - all items that we asked to be checked were taken care of and service manager contacted me with explanations. I was very pleased and impressed with this service. Thank you for your help.
