The Medina Auto Mall website NEEDS work!!! It is not up to date for the products Medina Auto Mall sells and services. Choose your vehicle? GMC 2017 Terrain is NOT AN OPTION. But Pontiac is. ???? Go figure? The "Chat Line" is worthless. No clue how to make an appointment for a 2017 GMC Terrain oil change and tire rotation. Is Medina Auto Mall really paying for this technology? If so, you are wasting money! Had to resort and call for an appointment just like days past!!!! Thank God Mary Looks, in Service, answered my telephone call and took care of my needs! Mary is a valuable asset to your organization. You should let her know!!
