Ordered incorrect part for remote start upgrade even after verifying vin for gmc sierra 1500 pro. Was told truck was capable of upgrade multiple times before scheduling service, also requested a rental car so i could get back to work. Show up on service date with no rental available, sat in the lobby for 45 minutes for the service writer to tell me they ordered a chevy key and that it wouldn't work (obviously) now finding out from service writer my truck is not compatible at all for remote start when I know that's false. All and all a massive waste of time, with a very non concerned service writer who did nothing to better the situation.

We waited for 2 hrs and 40 minutes for an oil change, tire rotation and a wash even though we were told that the car would be detailed since it was not when it was purchased. The inside of the car was dirtier than before it was taken back for service. The original time quote was 1 to 1.5 hours which was almost doubled. Not good!

The service department and technicians are incompetent! My vehicle was there 10 months straight. My bumper was NOT damaged until going into the shop and after 6 months of the service department having it I find out it’s broken! Along with having paint damage that now needs to be fixed. My rear bumper sensor was completely destroyed and my back hatch no longer works for the motion sensor. Let alone it took over 4 months to get my transmission fixed! The electrical problem took months to “fix” and my husband had to come into the shop and drive with a service associate, a technician, service manager and service director. This problem still isn’t fixed. My heads up display still goes out now the apple car play and phone do not connect to my vehicle at all! My breaks were in great working condition when I dropped my vehicle off, I can’t say that is how I picked my vehicle up. My rear defrost sensors have been ripped out of my back window! My leather interior has rips and snags from my bumper being stored in the trunk of my vehicle. There are grease stains in my vehicle that weren’t there before from my bumper being stored in my vehicle. My window tint has faded to almost nothing since it was parked in the sun for 10 months. I dropped my vehicle off March 2025 and received it back November 2025! I’m going through my insurance company to get ALL the damages caused by this service shop fixed along with the rental vehicle I will be needing, and will let my insurance company go after this service shop! I will NEVER recommend this service shop to anyone. This service shop deserves ZERO stars. I will be taking my vehicle to another certified service shop from now on. I’ve gone as far as filing a complaint with the GMC corporation about this service shop as well.

We first started off by being told we couldn't have an appointment to the 22nd of January we were told they were going to have a rental car for us after several and I mean several attempts we finally connected with young lady named Olivia and she went out her way to make sure we had a rental vehicle are you driving for 3 days and the rental team told us to make sure we call and check in with you when the loaner reaches 2,000 miles I didn't know why but we called in and left message and didn't get a return phone call the problem was fixed in about 2-3 days and that was it what stands out the most to me is it took several phone calls to get to the right individual and then it was like a monster or miles in the lower car 2026 Buick encore the work was done a few hours and I was right back out there to pick it up so thank you have a good day

Parts were removed to replace the water pump, I am assuming it was the mechanic that did so, the parts were placed in the bed of the truck and the following day when I went to load the truck up for vacation the parts were found still in the bed of the truck, seeing as the truck was picked up Saturday and we were leaving for vacation on Sunday, no one was in the service department to address the mistake. So instead of cancelling our vacation that had been planned for over 6 months, I laid on the cold ground in temperatures that were in the single digits with the wind chill below zero to put the parts on so I could leave for vacation. This is truly not acceptable, for $2000, I would of expected to get the truck back repaired and not to have finished the job myself in extreme weather conditions.

It took 4 attempts to get an appointment!! You run an add for $50 savings, that was a joke because it put you back at last years price? But I had to use the internet, so I did and texted to your lying 🤥 computer who said I would be contacted by one of three people along with their names, No one followed up and my car kept giving me the message to change my oil, so I found a human!! And she got me an appointment with in two days 😊, but some how your computer found out and said that was’t going to happen and to call a number!!! I instead saw a Buick add about getting an 8 point check up, well I responded back to Buick, good luck getting an appointment and getting past the computer!! The next thing I knew, BUICK WAS wanting a detailed explanation of who was the dealership and the particulars !! I still didn’t know if you guys were going to charge my oil or I’d go back to one of these 15 minutes oil change places and get the simple job done!! We owned a gas station when I was 15.. For those of us that know, you are not giving the public any big deal!!! Work on a 1948 Buick road master with 18 grease fittings, removing th trans and reared plugs, to check the oil levels of the stinking 90 weight oil, then vacuum the car out after checking all fluid levels!! So the next day I get an email that your General Manger wants me to be satisfied, before I even get my oil changed and I get an email that the nice girl that got me an appointment before your computer got wind of it said name the date and the time I WANTED, wow like I was Royalty?? Ok so After 4 days I got my oil changed, I was going to save $50 because you raised your price!! Well my final bill was $258.16 for filters and getting my heater working properly?? I wish I didn’t have a hearing problem and could understand what people are saying! I’m charged for 6 quarts of oil and the engine probably only holds 4 ?? What do you do with the other 2 quarts ?? $149 parts?? $84 for labor?? To do what, my heater clean out should of come under my Premium Bump to Bumper warranty, but cars no longer have bumpers so I probably shouldn’t of gotten the warranty along with an oil change at your place!! I still have to get back to Buick Corporate with the information they wanted… keep warm, I am, now that my heater works!! They said I had a peanut that was in the way !! Wish they would of shown me the little peanut…

They told me that the waviness on my rocker panel was normal but it is not made that way. The windshield wipers were bad from the beginning, they did replace them after having to bring it to their attention and the seals on the door were bad. I was there for 3 Hrs for a tire rotation/oil change because they forgot to tell me my vehicle was ready until I asked someone. I have been a long standing customer of Medina Auto Mall but after I was price gouged on a service I will not return to get work done beside oil changes. I needed a headlight bulb changed and was quoted over $800 for the service because they said it would take at least two hours because they would have to remove the battery! They wanted to charge me $375 for the part and $483 for labor!!! I was able to purchase the part for $110 and my 73 year old father put the part in in 45 minutes WITHOUT removing the battery!!! You need to do better MedinaAuto Mall!!

I had a wonderful experience with Adam Herout. He was recommended to me by a friend, and I couldn't have asked for a better salesperson. He was very courteous and professional in every aspect, and he explained everything possible to me. He is a no-pressure sort of guy and there if we need him. Any questions I had were readily answered, and again, not pressured to "buy now". I pretty much decided on two vehicles, and he had them front and center on my appointment date. Again, he took the time to answer any questions I had and explained what he felt were the pluses and minuses of each vehicle. I felt the Terrain was a good fit for what I was looking for, and we took it for a test drive. He told me to drive it wherever I wanted, and I did. It was a fantastic vehicle and felt like it would fit my needs perfectly. We returned to the dealership, and Adam told me that the vehicle that I wanted with the options I wanted would have to be located. Upon locating and shipping the vehicle to MAM, Adam called me, and we made an appointment for me to pick it up. Once again, Adam took the time to explain the financial details. After seeing the finance person, I was handed back to Adam. We went out to the vehicle, Adam explained the vehicle controls in detail, and added to call him with any questions I might have. I really enjoyed my experience with Adam and felt like his number one priority. He did everything right in my eyes and would highly recommend him for your next car-buying experience. I know I will!

I took my vehicle in for a recall and the recall was handled well. However, the only reason this is not getting a five-star rating is because the communication or lack thereof after the work was completed. I dropped my vehicle off at 8am and was told it would be about two hours until my vehicle was ready to pick up. By 2pm I had not heard anything so I called and was transferred to a voicemail. I called again at 2:30pm and 3:00pm and I kept getting transferred to a voicemail. Approximately 3:45pm I called again and stated my frustration that I couldn't get an update on the status of my vehicle. The woman who answered the phone put me on hold, called back to the service department and returned to tell me that the person who needed to call me was with a customer and he would call me back when he was done. I did not receive a call until 4:46pm informing me that my vehicle was ready for pickup. I informed the person that it was getting late in the day and I would not have the opportunity to return the loaner vehicle that night. I asked what time the service department opens in the morning and I was informed that the service department would be open until 7pm that night. I reiterated that I would not be returning the vehicle that night and asked again what time the service department opens. I was informed they open at 7 am and I said I will have their vehicle returned at 7am. After all of that took place and I received my vehicle back (they washed the vehicle as well which was nice) I looked over my paperwork to find out the service work was completed at 11:48am. It was a bit frustrating knowing that I was available to pick up my vehicle that was ready and there was no communication after for nearly 3 hours after my initial phone call.

There is a recall on our 2021 GMC Sierra 1500 truck. We were notified by an official GM recall notice. We were told to call our dealership to schedule an appointment and that the dealership had been notified and supplied with the materials (a simple label) necessary to complete the fix. According to this letter, the sooner we took our vehicle in the better as this would guarantee that the needed parts were available. I scheduled the appointment, arrived on time and waited over a half hour only to be told that somehow you did not have the required part! Your dealership needs to correct this disconnect. My time is valuable, too.

When I made the appointment, I was told I would receive an email confirmation - nothing - I called the morning of the appointment and was told I would receive an email again - nothing ???? The oil change and tire rotation was great. I asked for them NOT to wash my car afterwards as I had washed AND dried my car prior to my arrival for maintenance. They washed it and left it dripping wet anyway. I was not happy.
