Confirmed Service Customer
All was good except trying to pay my bill. Couldn’t get in touch with anyone and when someone finally answered they said they had to have someone call me back. Thick southern accent. No one answered my calls. I got through the second day and paid at 8:30am. Got a call in the afternoon again to pay my bill. Told her they needed to get their ducks in a row because I paid first thing in the morning. Nothing worse for your business than having collection calls after it’s been paid and to someone that had tried to pay it the day before. Service was Monday. Got the car that evening. Called 2x on Tuesday no luck no return calls. Paid Wednesday morning the got a call around 2pm. Bad business. If it’s and answering service. You need a better one.
