Salesman Ian very nice and polite. We ended up leasing and it was one of the courtesy cars. We were told we could not have it since it needed to have 3000 miles on it and it had roughly 1500. The idea of getting a courtesy car was never mentioned in our phone conversations. It was told to us when we arrived from Macedonia. We were told the SUV would be cleaned up very well for us and my husband brought up that a few nicks on the bumper needed to be touched up. We were assured that would happen. We were called a few days later telling us that something had changed and we could come pick the SUV up at our earliest convenience. I had noticed stuck on chocolate ice cream or something like it in the passenger side door storage area after our test ride and mentioned that it needed to be cleaned up. The SUV still had the stuck on chocolate ice cream in the side door and the nicks on the front bumper Were not touched up when we drove from Macedonia to pick it up. This is very upsetting especially with the Covid virus scare. I expected this SUV to be spotless. The inside windows were not cleaned either. Ian, our salesman was very apologetic and went out and wiped out the chocolate and said he wiped down the entire inside of the SUV. He said he would bring us a courtesy car and pick up ours to have the nicks in the front bumper repaired. Please express to your detailing staff they need to do a better job! This is a very big purchase and it should be respected and they should have pride in their work!! This left a very bad taste in my mouth!! I hope the rest of our experiences with your dealership are much better!!
