The initial appointment was a good experience. Tori was nice to work with, staff walking through the waiting area were cordial and welcoming and the cashier helpfully suggested that I not waste Rewards Points on this visit as I had redeemed far too many. Unfortunately, the stability track and park brake still had an issue after I left the dealership. I phoned Tori and she immediately offered me an opportunity to return to the service department and take a loaner vehicle home to give them more time to access the situation. Tori kept me posted every step of the way with daily phone calls. The car was successfully serviced and the loaner was quite nice. Though I live 30 minutes away, I will continue to bring my car there for the foreseeable future.
